Beginning in privileged EXEC mode, follow these steps to create an IPv6 ACL for IP traffic:

Enter global configuration mode.
Create an IPv6 ACL, and enter IPv6 access-list configuration mode.
Access list names cannot contain a space or quotation mark or begin
with a numeric.
