Configuring general network settings in NSM enables you to view the status of the system
ports, specifies a host name for the Secure Access device, and configures DNS name
resolution, Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) server, and master browser settings
for the Secure Access device.
To configure general network settings:
In the NSM navigation tree, select Device Manager > Devices. Click the Device Tree

tab, and then double-click the Secure Access device for which you want to configure
general network settings.
Click the Configuration tab, and select System > Network Settings > Overview tab.

The corresponding workspace appears.
Add or modify settings as specified inTable 78 on page 271.

Click one:

OK—Saves the changes.
Cancel—Cancels the modification.
