Check SCSI cables and
be sure that they are fully
seated.
2.
Be sure that SCSI IDs
are assigned correctly at
each SCSI device.
3.
Remove SCSI cables
from the controller and
observe if the failure still
occurs. If necessary,
replace the cables.
4.
Run Diagnostics.
5.
Remove individual SCSI
devices from the cable to
identify a suspect device.
6.
Replace failed assembly.

Reseat the SCSI cable
on the controller and all
connected devices.
2.
Check the SCSI cable at
all connectors for bent
pins.
3.
Replace SCSI cable.
Load or update the SCSI
device driver appropriate for
this operating system.
