18 Programming Device Operations

Select Operating Mode - Run from
the PLC Menu.
A dialog box to confirm changing the
operating mode will be displayed.

Click the Yes Button.
The CP1E will change to RUN
mode, and operation will start.
Additional Information
PROGRAM mode cannot be changed to MONITOR or RUN mode when the user program, PLC
Setup settings and DM area data in the CPU Units are being backed up. Change the operating
mode after the backup is completed.
