6.9 EQUIPMENT TESTING AFTER THE
INTERVENTION OF TECHNICAL SERVICE
After a technical service intervention, the technician MUST check - in the same conditions in which
the customer discovered the problem - that the fault has been resolved.
The technician MUST also perform the following standard operating tests:

GROUP CYCLE CONNECT: pedal for a few seconds at a speed of at least 40 rpm to turn on
the display. After checking that the wi-fi connection
(TGS key and MyWellness App (using Bluetooth)). The symbol

NOTE: Old wi-fi console: it is possible to login using the Mywellness APP, via Bluetooth, with iOS
devices but not with Android devices. New wi-fi / ANT+ console: it is possible to loin using the My-
wellness APP, via Bluetooth, with iOS and Android devices.

GROUP CYCLE CONNECT: Perform a workout session for 20 seconds: pedal for a few
seconds at a speed of at least 40 rpm to turn on the display. Press the play button to start the exer-
cise. Check that the display shows the warm up data. Turn the brake knob and check that the effort
levels shown on the display change as a result. Check that the machine resistance changes based
on the direction of knob rotation.

GROUP CYCLE (RIDE): Perform a workout session for 20 seconds: turn the brake knob and
check that the machine resistance changes based on the direction of knob rotation.

GROUP CYCLE CONNECT AND RIDE: Check that with high resistance, the belt does not
slip.

GROUP CYCLE CONNECT AND RIDE: Check that there is a correct balance between the
play of the handlebar/seat and the rigidity of the vertical and horizontal sliding movement. Other-
wise, solve.

GROUP CYCLE CONNECT AND RIDE: Visual inspection of the tightening of the pedal /
pedal crank.
Moreover:
- Check the presence / the state of wear of warning labels. Check if the warning labels are readable;
- Technogym doesn't request to fix the Group Cycle to the ground. However, the equipment can
be fixed to the ground if requested by the customer for the specific location of installation. In this
case, check that the GC is actually fixed securely.
