6.7 PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IF IT IS NECESSARY
TO REMOVE THE PLATE ON WHICH THE WATT
SENSOR ID IS FIXED
If it is necessary to remove the plate on which the Watt Sensor ID is fixed (e.g.: flywheel removal),
the following procedure must be followed:
1.
Before removing the plate, the reference distance between the plastic cover of the Watt Sen-
sor ID board and the flywheel must be measured.
NOTE: Starting from SN D92CBNE017001637, an assembly template was used in production that
adjusts the distance between the plastic cover of the Watt Sensor ID board and the flywheel to 18
mm.
2.
Remove the two plate fastening and regulation screws (1) and (2). The plate can now be
removed.
