Technical Service Guide - Rev. 5.1

11. DISASSEMBLY

The tools required to carry out all the disas-
sembling, regulation and maintenance oper-
ations on the equipment are given in the TG
SERVICE TOOLS BOX LIST, available on
TG DIRECT and during the training course
on the e-learning platform.
When putting the guards back on the
bike, make sure you position seals accu-
rately: this prevents sweat from entering
into the bike's most delicate parts.
For details see the video "Disassembly
instructions - Group Cycle" available
on the E-Learning platform.
The images refer to the Group Cycle with the
old electronics (Rev.1).
11.1 REMOVING THE
CONSOLE
Two types of Group Cycle handlebars (Ride
and Connect) can be found in the field.
TYPE 1 : handlebar with velcro for an ob-
ject holder with velcro (Ride version) or con-
sole with velcro (Connect version); TYPE 2:
perforated handlebar for an object holder
with projections (Ride version) or console
with projections (Connect version). The
lower console cover (Connect version)
can be removed. Therefore, if the handle-
bar in the field has velcro, the console with
projections must be fastened to it: remove
the rear cover from the console with velcro
and fasten it to the new console. The con-
sole is fastened to the handlebar with velcro.
