Enters Watt Level Test mode.

From BA02.54 of the New Group Cycle
(D92) with the old Wi-Fi console, and on
the New Group Cycle (D92) with the new
Wi-Fi / ANT+ console: the Watt Sensor
board can be calibrated only when the
USB port is connected to the PC or a pow-
er bank. This avoids improper access by
the final user, which could decalibrate the
brake.
