Recommendations
• Pull up to VCCP with a 150 Ω resistor when
an ITP700FLEX is not used.
• Connect to ITP connector and pull-up to
VCCP with a 150 Ω ± 1% resistor when an
ITP700FLEX is used.
• No Connect when ITP700FLEX is not used.
• Connect to ITP connector and pull-up to
VCCP with a 54.9 Ω ± 1% resistor when an
ITP700FLEX is used.
• Pull-down to GND with 680 Ω ± 5% resistor
when ITP700FLEX is not used.
• Connect to ITP connector and Pull-down to
GND with 510 Ω - 680 Ω ± 5%resistor when
ITP700FLEX is used.
• Pull-up to VCCP with a 39 Ω ± 5% resistor
when an ITP700FLEX is not used.
• Connect to ITP connector and Pull-up to
VCCP with a 39.2 Ω ± 1% when an
ITP700FLEX is used.
• When ITP700FLEX Is Not Used :
– No connection is required.
• When ITP700FLEX Is Used :
– Connect ITP_CLK[1:0] to CK408
CPUCLK pins through a 33 Ω ± 1%
series resistor when an ITP interposer
may be used.
• No Connect when an ITP interposer may not
be used.
• Connect to ITP connector and Pull-up to
VCCP with a 150 Ω ± 1% resistor.

– Signal needs to be pulled-up
to VCCP.
