SYSTEM:
Following the Piping and Interconnect Diagrams illustrated on pages 18 and 19 lay out the individual components so as
to create the shortest tubing and hose connections.

E. ULTRA WHISPER COMPACT SYSTEM & COMPONENT MOUNTING: The following steps discuss the placement
and mounting of the various Ultra Whisper Compact system components. The illustration on the previous page
shows the Ultra Whisper Compact Style System with and without options. If an Optional Accessory is not
included ignore the respective step and move to the next.
CAUTION: Mounting surfaces must be flat in order to avoid warping of brackets and frames. Use appropriate
shims on uneven surfaces to ensure that mounting of the system components does not cause bending or warping,
and subsequent leaking or breakage. Damage to any system component due to attachment to uneven surfaces is
the responsibility and liability of the installer and is not covered by the Sea Recovery warranty.
ATTACHMENT: All individual components are supplied with common mounting hardware. Some installations
may require different hardware than what has been supplied.
SUPPLIED HOSE AND TUBE LENGTHS: When planning out the location and mounting of the System and
related components give consideration to the length of hose and tube supplied with the system.
1. Attach the supplied Feed Water Connector Assembly [3], 1/2 " FNPT elbow with attached
1/2" hose barb, to the boats Sea Cock 1/4 turn ball Valve [2]. Position the Outlet Hose Barb
towards the Sea Strainer Inlet [4].
2. Attach the supplied Brine Discharge Tee Connector [22] Assembly, 1/2 " FNPT elbow with
attached 1/4" Tube Fitting, to the boats Over board Discharge Fitting [23]. Position the
Inlet Tube Fitting towards the System Brine Discharge.
3. Attach the supplied Potable Water Storage Tank Tube Connector [31] 1/4" MNPT x 1/4" Tube
Fitting to the 1/4" FNPT tap at the Potable Water Tank [32]. The Product Water line may also
be attached to the Potable Water Storage Tank Fill Line rather than drilling and tapping into the
top of the tank itself.
