IF The Pressure Gauges are all reading normal yet there is excessive Product Water Flow this could be caused by
an improper adjustment of the 3-way Product Water Diversion Solenoid Valve. If the 3-way Product Water
Diversion Solenoid Valve seats are improperly adjusted Brine Water can mix with Product Water. The
Product Water will be salty tasting.

b. POSSIBLE CAUSE: 3-way Product Water Diversion Solenoid Valve [26] is out of adjustment.
1) Check the salinity of the Product Water after the product water manifold and prior to the Charcoal
Filter [28] using a hand held TDS meter, or taste the Product Water to determine if it is salty, above
1000 PPM TDS.
2) If the Product Water salinity is greater than 1000 PPM TDS and is flowing greater than normal, check
the 3-way Product Water Solenoid Diversion Valve [26] to ensure that it is properly adjusted and not
allowing bypass between the "good" and "bad" product water ports. Refer to section 7 of this
manual.
