Whisper System to operate with minimal power
consumption.
The Feed Water, pressurized by the Feed Pump [6]
enters the Inlet Chamber of the Energy Transfer
Device port "E", exits the ETD at port "P", passes
through the R.O. Membrane Vessel [16], is returned
to the Return Chamber of the Energy Transfer
Device port "R", and exits the ETD at port "S" for
onward flow back to the Brine Discharge Thru Hull
Fitting [35].
The Return Chamber of the Energy Transfer Device
has a smaller volume than the Inlet Chamber. The
excess water, from the Inlet Chamber that is not
accepted by the smaller Return Chamber, is
recovered as Product Water through the R.O.
Membrane Element [16].
Operational Understanding
In order to operate the Sea Recovery Ultra Whisper
System one SHOULD first gain understanding of the
System's design and theory. In order to trouble shoot and
diagnose abnormalities one MUST first gain understanding
of the System's design and theory. Those familiar with
"Conventional" Reverse Osmosis Systems will be totally
confused if "conventional" methods are applied to
diagnosing abnormalities with the Ultra Whisper System.
