Alarm Definition (GEM / GEM advanced version)

Alarm notification definitions allow arbitrary definition and sending of the content of the alarm notification used by S5F1.
This is completed just by controlling the alarm occurrence/recovery trigger and the register that corresponds to the prescribed
alarm at the programmable controller CPU.

Description
Display the "Alarm Definition" screen to modify the content of the selected alarm.
Add a new alarm.
Copy the selected alarm, and then copy the copied alarm to the row below.
Move the selected alarm.
Delete the selected alarm.
