• In the following module types, perform settings or diagnostics by connecting a personal computer for
maintenance to a port which is different from the Ethernet port to be used for the SECS/GEM
communication. The Ethernet port CH2 is a port only for maintenance and therefore cannot be used for the
SECS communication.
