Usage example
The host controls the equipment using the four host command sending messages (S2F41) described below.
Each message has different command parameters <CPNAME> and <CPVAL> for each remote command <RCMD>.
A remote command <RCMD> is set as a key item, and reception notification trigger relays, sending request trigger relays, and
offsets of control registers are mapped to each remote command <RCMD>.
■Board retrieval message
The equipment retrieves the board of the specified slot from the carrier placed in the specified load port, and then sets the
board in the specified equipment processing unit.
The message has three parameters.
