14 Maintenance
14.3.11 Replacing Eliminator Filter Capacitor - optional
The optional eliminator filter (C2) consists of a single 'blue can'
electrolytic capacitor with two (2) wires that connect to Power Board.
Preparation:
• Shut down and lock out all power to ATevo.
• Remove safety shield.
• Locate capacitor (C2) at bottom-left of enclosure, mounted with
two (2) wires to ATevo base.
Removal of Existing Capacitor:
• Cut the plastic ties and disconnect wires from the Power Board
(A2). Remove the wired capacitor. Replacement capacitor (C2)
is supplied with new wires and pre-crimped terminals.
NOTICE
to eliminate the possibility of connecting in reverse polarity.
Installation of Replacement Capacitor Assembly:
• Connect wires of new capacitor assembly (C2) to Power Board.
• Mount replacement cap to ATevo base with provided wire ties.
• Replace safety shield, close front panel door, and restart ATevo.
14.3.12 Replacing Circuit Breakers
• Procedure is the same for both AC Input Circuit Breaker (CB1)
and DC Output Circuit Breaker (CB2).
Preparation:
• Shut down and lock out all power to ATevo.
• Remove safety shield.
• Check with a voltmeter before proceeding.
• Remove wires on both sides of circuit breaker, noting polarity.
For Standard kAIC Breakers:
• Standard breakers are mount to a DIN rail.
• Pull tab located on right side of breaker to release it from rail.
• Place new breaker in same orientation onto DIN rail.
• Push in the snap tab to lock it to the DIN rail.
• Reconnect wires with same polarity as removed breaker.
