VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P0743

Make sure to reconnect all disconnected

connectors.
Clear the DTC from the TCM memory

using the WDS or equivalent.
Drive the vehicle in D range and make sure

that the gears shift smoothly from 1GR to
4GR.
Is the same DTC present?
•
VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
Perform the "After Repair Procedure".
•

Are any DTCs present?
•
Replace the TCM, then go to the next step.
Yes
(See TCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
No Go to the next step.
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
Yes
