2.1.2 display poe-power alarm

Description
Use the display poe-power alarm command to display detailed alarm information
about the PoE PSUs.
Examples
# Display detailed alarm information about the PoE PSUs.

PSU alarm detail, PSU number : 2
PSU 1 alarm : NORMAL
PSU 2 alarm : NOTLINK

There can be the following alarm information:
NORMAL: Normal
NOTLINK: The controller fails to communicate with the module,
or the module is out of position.
INERROR: Module input failure (works abnormally; restore AC
power supply to solve this problem)
OUTERROR: Module input failure (works abnormally; restore
AC power supply to solve this problem)
HIGHVOL: Overvoltage of module (the module is powered off
due to overvoltage)
HIGHTEP: Overhigh temperature of module
FANERROR: Failure of fan
CLOSE: The module is powered off remotely.
CURLIMIT: Current limit in the module
