Common battery is only applicable to the external battery cabinet (at maximum four) but
not to the battery modules (optional). For common battery application, please refer to 3.4
Common Battery (Only for Parallel UPSs Connecting to the Same External Bat-
tery Cabinet(s)).
In battery mode, do not hot-swap any battery module.
Please follow the table below to (1) install appropriate number of battery modules and (2)
refer to relevant data.

After battery module installation, use a voltage meter to measure whether the total bat-
tery voltage is correct or not.
Electric Shock Hazard!
The bus bars at the rear of the UPS are energized with dangerous DC voltage coming
from the battery modules. Before removing the rear panel of the UPS, please pull every
battery module at least 10cm out of its battery module slot to avoid electric shock.

5.9.2 Battery Module Installation

After following 5.4 Fixing the UPS
follow the following steps to install the battery modules into the UPS.
WARNING:
1. In battery mode, do not hot-swap any battery module.
2. Only qualified service personnel can perform the following battery module
