Description
Sets or queries the trigger condition of SPI trigger.
Parameter

Remarks
When the trigger condition is "TIMeout", you can run the
command to set the timeout value.
Return
The query returns CS or TIM.

maximum data width is 32. Therefore, the range of <data> is from 0 to 2
