Glovebox Open Switch-Renew

Removal
1. Remove passenger's lower panel (5 clips & 1 multiplug).
2. Remove glovebox open switch.
Installation
1. Install glovebox open switch.
2. Install passenger's lower panel assembly (5 clips & 1
multiplug).

Console Panel Assembly-Renew

Removal
1. Remove storage compartment door.
2. Remove bolt (x1) and screws (x5) securing support rail to
body.
3. Remove screw (x1) securing centre arm rest to console.
4. Release and remove arm rest
5. Remove rear console.
6. Release gear lever gaiter.
7. Remove screws (x2) securing panel assembly to floor.
8. Release switch panel and disconnect multiplugs (x6) and
Lucar connectors (x2).
9. Remove switch panel.
10. Remove boot release and central locking switch.
11. Remove switches below ashtray (x4)
12. Remove Ashtray from panel assembly (Allen screws x4).
Installation
1. Install ashtray to panel.
2. Install switches (x4).
3. Install switch panel screws (x2).
4. Install boot release and central locking switch to panel
assembly console.
5. Position switch panel and connect multiplugs and Lucar
connectors.
6. Install gear lever gaiter.
7. Install rear console and arm rest assembly.
8. Install rear support rail.
9. Install storage compartment door.

procedure 01.12.DB Panel Assembly Console - Renew).
2. Remove torx screw master lock to panel.
3. Remove switch from panel.
Installation
1. Position switch and install torx screw master lock switch
to panel.
2. Install console panel assembly (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.12.DB Panel Assembly Console - Renew).

IDV Control Switch-Renew

2. Release clips and remove IDV control switch from

Installation
1. Install IDV control switch and secure with clips.
2. Install centre stack assembly (see Workshop Manual
procedure 15.01.CB Centre Stack Assembly - Remove
for Access & Refit).
