Evaporative Emissions (03.13)
Engine (03.00)
2. Connect pipe to tank pipe (quickfit).
3. Connect pipe (x1) to valve (quickfit).
4. Install washer reservoir securing screws (x3).
5. Install RH front wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.GB Wheel Arch Liner - Front - RH -
Renew).

Removal
1. Remove RH front wheel arch liner (see Workshop
Manual procedure 01.02.GB Wheel Arch Liner - Front -
RH - Renew).
2. Remove washer reservoir securing screws (x3) and tie
aside for access.
3. Disconnect pipe (x1) from valve (quickfit).
4. Remove pipe from support clips (x2).
5. Remove p-clip (bolt x1) from cam cover bracket.
6. Remove p-clip (bolt x1) from inlet manifold.
7. Disconnect pipe from inlet manifold (quickfit) and
remove pipe.
Installation
1. Install pipe and connect to inlet manifold (quickfit).
2. Install p-clip (bolt x1) to inlet manifold.
3. Install p-clip (bolt x1) to cam cover bracket.
4. Install pipe to support clips.
5. Connect pipe (x1) to valve (quickfit).
6. Install washer reservoir securing screws (x3).
7. Install RH front wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.GB Wheel Arch Liner - Front - RH -
Renew).

Removal
1. Remove LH rear wheel arch liner (see Workshop
Manual procedure 01.02.JB Wheel Arch Liner - Rear -
LH - Renew).
2. Disconnect hose from valve (clip x1).
3. Release harness from bracket and disconnect multiplug.
4. Remove valve (bolts x3).
Installation
1. Install valve (bolts x3).
2. Install harness to bracket and connect multiplug.
3. Connect hose to valve (clip x1).

Renew).
