Automatic Headlamp Mode Steering Wheel Lamp Controls If ambient light fades, headlamps, rear and registration plate lamps will switch on automatically. If ambient light then increases, headlamps, rear and registration plate lamps will automatically go off. Automatic lamps are market specific. The automatic headlamp function features an internal timer that starts when the lamps are turned on.
