Removal
1. Remove RH luggage compartment carpet (see
Workshop Manual procedure 01.05.FB Carpet
Assembly - Luggage Compartment - Side - RH - Renew).
2. Remove tyre sealant bottle
3. Remove mobility kit from storage rack
4. Remove fuse box lid.
5. Remove fuse.
installation
1. Install fuse.
2. Install fusebox lid
3. Install mobility kit.
4. Install tyre sealant bottle.
5. install RH luggage compartment carpet (see Workshop
Manual procedure 01.05.FB Carpet Assembly - Luggage
Compartment - Side - RH - Renew).

Removal
1. Disconnect vehicle battery.
2. Remove RH luggage compartment carpet (see
Workshop Manual procedure 01.05.FB Carpet
Assembly - Luggage Compartment - Side - RH - Renew).
3. Remove tyre sealant bottle
4. Remove mobility kit from storage rack.
5. Slide fuse box rearwards and release from bracket.
6. Release terminal cover, remove nut securing main
battery lead to fusebox.
7. Disconnect multiplugs (x2) from fusebox, remove
fusebox.
Installation
1. Position fusebox, connect main battery feed, install and
torque tighten nut, install terminal cover.
2. Connect multiplugs (x2) Install fusebox in mounting
bracket.
3. Install mobility kit.
4. Install tyre sealant bottle.
5. Install RH luggage compartment carpet (see Workshop
Manual procedure 01.05.FB Carpet Assembly - Luggage
Compartment - Side - RH - Renew).
6. Connect vehicle battery.

Removal
1. Open Bonnet
2. Remove fuse box lid
3. Remove fuse.
Installation
1. Install fuse.
2. Install fuse box lid.
3. Close bonnet.

Removal
1. Remove RH wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.GB Wheel Arch Liner - Front - RH -
Renew).
2. Remove fuse box bracket fixings (bolt & nut) (allows
movement).
Code
3. Remove battery lead (1x nut &rubber cover) from fuse

box (2x leads).
4. Remove multiplugs (x10) from fusebox.
5. Remove earth terminal (1x nut &rubber cover) from
fusebox.
6. Remove fuseable link (bolt x2, clip x1).
7. Remove fuse box from bracket (bolt x2).
Installation
1. Install fusebox to bracket.
2. Install fuseable link.
3. Install earth lead to fusebox.
4. Install battery lead to fusebox (1x nut &rubber cover).
5. Install multiplugs to fuse box.
6. Install fusebox bracket fixings.
7. Install RH wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.GB Wheel Arch Liner - Front - RH -
Renew).

1. Release carpet and sound deadening away from CEM
plate.
2. Remove nuts (x3) and screws (x6) plate to floor and
remove plate.
