Radiator Supply-Tank to Radiator Hose-

Removal
1. Remove slam panel (screws x12).
2. Release pressure from expansion tank.
3. Remove bolt (x1) hose bracket to body.
4. Position cloth to catch coolant.
5. Remove hose from expansion tank (clip x1).
6. Remove hose from radiator (clip x1) and vehicle (clip
x1).
Installation
1. Install hose to vehicle (clip x1) and radiator (clip x1).
2. Install hose to expansion tank.
3. Install bolt (x1) hose bracket to body.
4. Remove cloth and clean spilt coolant.
5. Install slam panel (screws x12).
6. Top-up coolant.

Engine Coolant Reservoir Hose-Renew

1. Remove clips from each end of hose
2. Remove hose from tank and hose manifold
Installation
1. Fit hose to tank and hose manifold (radiator bleed)
2. Instal clips to both ends of hose

Removal
1. Raise vehicle
2. Remove LH front wheel arch liner (see Workshop
Manual procedure 01.02.FB Wheel Arch Liner - Front -
LH - Renew).
3. Release clips (x2) and disconnect expansion tank to
recovery tank hose.
4. Release clips (x2) securing hose to body, remove hose.
Installation
1. Install hose to expansion tank and recovery tank and
secure with clips (x2).

2. Install hose in body clips (x2).
3. Install wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.FB Wheel Arch Liner - Front - LH -
Renew).

1. Engine Cooling Return Hose-Renew
Removal
1. Drain engine coolant (see Workshop Manual procedure
03.03.AD Coolant - Drain & Refill).
2. Remove screws (x14) securing radiator cover, remove
cover.
3. Release clips (x2), remove bottom hose.
Installation
1. Install bottom hose and secure with clips.
2. Install radiator cover, install and torque tighten screws
(x14).
3. Refill coolant system (see Workshop Manual procedure
03.03.AD Coolant - Drain & Refill).

Coolant Level Switch-Renew

2. Remove screws (x14) securing radiator cover, remove
cover.
3. Release clips (x2), release fir tree clip from bracket,
remove top hose
Installation
1. Install top hose, secure with clips (x2) and fir tree clip.
2. Install radiator cover, install and torque tighten screws
(x14).
3. Refill cooling system (see Workshop Manual procedure
03.03.AD Coolant - Drain & Refill).
