Fuel Tank Filler Pipe and Hose
Assembly-Renew
Removal
1. Remove LH rear wheel arch liner (see Workshop
Manual procedure 01.02.JB Wheel Arch Liner - Rear -
LH - Renew).
2. Remove filler cap.
3. Remove bolt filler pipe bracket to spring damper
assembly.
4. Remove nut filler neck pipe and hose to body.
5. Release filler neck pipe and hose, collect sealing washer.
6. Remove filler neck pipe and hose assembly from the
tank (using filler neck disconnection tool - 310 - 134).
Installation
1. Connect filler neck pipe and hose assembly to tank.
2. Install filler neck pipe and sealing washer to body.
3. Install nut filler neck pipe and hose to body.
4. Install bolt filler pipe bracket to spring damper assembly.
5. Install filler cap.
6. Install LH rear wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.JB Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH -
Renew)

2. Release hose from clips.
3. Remove hose from filler neck.
Installation
1. install hose to filler neck and secure in clips.
2. Install RH wheel arch liner (see Workshop Manual
procedure 01.02.JB Wheel Arch Liner - Rear - LH -
Renew).
