Calibration

Use the following procedure to calibrate the analog outputs if a meter
reading in the "Analog Output Testing" procedure differed by more than
one percent or after replacing the optional I/O expansion board.
Equipment Required:
Multimeter
1. Connect a meter to the channel to be adjusted and set to voltage or
current as appropriate.
Table 7–4
identifies the associated channels.
2. From the Main Menu, press
to scroll to Analog Out Calibration, and press
The Analog Output Cal menu is displayed.
Note If Service Mode is not displayed, refer to
Mode" on page 7-3, then return to the beginning of this step.
3. At the Analog Output Cal screen, press
channel or current channel corresponding to the rear panel terminal
pins where the meter is connected, then press
4. With the cursor at Calibrate Zero, press
The Analog Output Cal line displays Zero.
Note When calibrating the analog output, always calibrate zero first and
then calibrate full-scale.
5. Use
until the meter reads the value shown in the Set
Output To line, then press
6. Press
to return to the previous menu.
7. Press
8. Use
until the meter reads the value shown in the Set
Output To line, then press
