The set_kiscope routine sets a variety of scope parameters. Refer to Tables
11-30, 11-31, 11-32, and
values, respectively.
Choose the appropriate subfunction and specify the parameters.
Note that not all subfunctions require 2 parameters. Therefore, pad all single-
parameter functions with a 0 for the second parameter.
