(char*) String representing the ID for the PG2 connected to the DUT Gate.
(char*) String representing the top VPU on the Model 4205-PCU for the DUT
Drain. This is the card on the right (or the card with the lower ID number),
when facing the back of the system.
(char*) String representing the bottom VPU on the Model 4205-PCU for the
DUT Drain. This is the card on the left (or the card with the higher ID number),
when facing the back of the system.
(int) Sizes of the output arrays. All arrays should be the same
size, and need to be large enough to hold all sweep points.
(double) Array of programmed drain voltage values.
(double) Array of measured drain currents.
