8. Remove the six (6) Philipps screws holding the board (Figure B-37).

9. Remove the board and mount the new board with the six (6) Philipps screws.
10. Reconnect the wiring as in (Figure B-36 on page B-26).
11. Reinstall the nine (9) sets of spacer hardware that separated the smaller boards from the
Mother board (Figure B-35 on page B-25).
12. Reinstall the Ion Source board as per Section B.7 "Ion Source Board" on page B-21.
13. Reinstall the board as per Section B.6 "CPU (Brain) Board" on page B-18.
