15. Position the new ion support assembly onto the spectrometer header and align.
16. Secure to the spectrometer header using two M5 support screws.
17. Connect the collimator wire to the collimator plate using an M2 screw (Figure B-68).

18. Insert the chamber wire into the ion support assembly (Figure B-69).
