configuration system. Recommended: Agilent's DS302 Rotary Vane
Mechanical pump.
A primary vacuum pump with a minimal pumping speed of 100 l/m
(4 cfm) for use as a Dedicated Foreline Pump only in a two pump
configuration system. Recommended: Agilent's DS102 Rotary Vane
Mechanical pump.
