Press Units on the Set-Up screen and the Units screen appears (Figure 2-20).
Use this screen to configure the Leak Rate and Pressure Units used on the leak rate
bar graph.
Leak Rate Units Switches the leak rate units between atm-cc/sec, mbar-l/sec, Torr-l/sec, Pa-m3/
sec., and Cubic-ft/yr.
Pressure Units Switches the pressure units between Torr, mbar, and Pa.
