2.3.13 Gauge Calibration

If the vacuum gauge option is activated, press Gauge Calibration on the Set-Up screen and
the Gauge Calibration screen appears (Figure 2-22).
Use this screen to perform a calibration on the test port vacuum gauge. Calibrate the
vacuum gauge for the most accurate operation.
To calibrate the gauge:
1. Set a calibration point at atmosphere.
2. Set a calibration point at a low vacuum level (<= 1E-4 Torr).
