11. Install the new O-ring into the groove.
12. Unpack the new header assembly.
13. Remove the top cover from the header assembly by removing the four screws using an
M3 Philips screw driver (Figure B-55).
14. Remove the protective shipping cover by removing the four screws using an M5 allen
head wrench.
15. Clean the mating surfaces of the spectrometer body and header with Isopropyl alcohol
and a clean lint free wipe.
16. Install the new header with the six existing screws. Torque to 10.2 N-M (90 IN-LB).
