VS Series Component Leak Detector
Table 5-1 Configuration and Status Variables
Description
Clear Variable Command Word.
The control panel lockout feature, ON or OFF.
The system date as kept by the I/O PCB and
transferred to the CPU on a Write.
The display bar graph mode, log or lin.
The manual-mode exponent.
The external calibrated leak.value.
The system gain value.
The system time as kept by the I/O PCB and
transferred to the CPU on a Write.
The internal calibrated leak expiration date mm/dd/yyyy.
The internal calibrated leak temperature that the
factory calibration was performed at (degrees C).
The current Test Port pressure in mTorr.
The current System Pressure in mTorr.
The number indicating the exponent of the least sensitive
range of detectable leak. The reported leak rates are in
this range and three lower (more negative exponent)
ranges.
The Rangestop variable.
The reject 1 leak rate setpoint.
The reject 2 leak rate setpoint.
The reject 3 leak rate setpoint.
The reject 4 leak rate setpoint.
Reports the currently stored Test Sequencer rough time
used as part of setting up the Auto Sequencer.
The calibration standard leak rate.
Reports the temperature corrected value of the internal
calibrated leak. If the value is out of range or the temp
cannot be read, the STDLEAK value is returned.
The value of the system password.
Coefficient of temperature change of the cal leak
(Determined at the factory when the cal leak was
calibrated).
The CPU software version in the form LC02.05.
The checksum of the software in the CPU PCB.
The calibration failure diagnostics.
