2.3.7 Manual Tuning

1. Press Manual Tuning on the Set-Up screen and the Manual Spectrometer Tuning screen
appears (Figure 2-17).
Use this screen to manually adjust the parameters of the ion source in the spectrometer
for a maximum helium signal.

To view the calibration gain for the last successful internal

standard leak calibration, the internal calibrated leak must be
activated. Values are illustrated in blue, or otherwise black for
external calibration gain.
