At last, always connected on the output of the 5.3V/10A there is another DC/DC converter 5.3V/9V that
is able to supply the "Power monitoring" circuit connected on input battery lines.

4.3.10 Spider block

Spider block drives the two led present on the front of the unit, collect the alarm detected on the board
and reads the Remote inventory information of the board.
Through the SPI bus A and B it communicates with the Shelf Controller preset on the MATRIX board
(MT320).

4.3.11 Power capability

The two centralized boards (POW320-A and POW320-B) provide adaptation to the central telecom power
bus and the internal system power bus. They work in configuration 1+1.
