The following table describes the RADIUS Server commands.

Command Syntax and Usage
[no] radiusserver backdoor
Enables or disables the RADIUS backdoor for Telnet/SSH/HTTP/HTTPS. The
default value is disabled.
To obtain the RADIUS backdoor password for your switch, contact your
Service and Support line.
Command mode: Global configuration
[no] radiusserver enable
Enables or disables the RADIUS server.
Command mode: Global configuration
radiusserver port <UDP port number (1500‐3000)>
Configures the RADIUS server port. Enter the number of the UDP port to be
configured.
The default port is 1645.
Command mode: Global configuration
default radiusserver port
Resets the RADIUS server port to the default UDP port ‐ 1645.
Command mode: Global configuration
radiusserver primaryhost {<hostname>|<IP address>} key
<1‐32 characters>
Sets the primary RADIUS server address and the shared secret between the
switch and the RADIUS server(s).
Command mode: Global configuration
radiusserver primaryhost {dataport|mgtport}
Defines the primary interface port to use to send RADIUS server requests.
Select the port to use for data transfer.
Command mode: Global configuration
no radiusserver primaryhost [key]
Deletes the primary RADIUS server. The key option only deletes the shared
secret between the switch and the RADIUS server.
Command mode: Global configuration
radiusserver retransmit <1‐3>
Sets the number of failed authentication requests before switching to a
different RADIUS server.
The default is 3 requests.
Command mode: Global configuration
