Command Syntax and Usage
echoreplytimeout <2‐65535>
Configures the duration in seconds the switch will wait to receive an echo
reply from the controller, before assuming failure.
The default value is 15 seconds.
Note: The echoreplytimeout value must be lower than the
echorequestinterval value.
Command mode: OpenFlow Instance
no echoreplytimeout
Resets the echoreplytimeout to the default value of 15 seconds.
Command mode: OpenFlow Instance
echorequestinterval <5‐65535>
Configures the maximum duration in seconds the switch will keep sending
echo requests to a non‐responsive controller.
The default value is 30 seconds.
Note: The echorequestinterval value must be higher than the
echoreplytimeout value.
Command mode: OpenFlow Instance
no echorequestinterval
Resets the echorequestinterval to the default value of 30 seconds.
Command mode: OpenFlow Instance
[no] edgeport <port alias or number>
Enables or disables the selected port as an OpenFlow edge port (outside port).
Edge ports are usually connected to servers.
The default setting is disabled.
Note: Learning and flood blocking are turned on in OpenFlow edge ports.
Command mode: OpenFlow Instance
[no] edgeport portchannel <1‐208>
Enables or disables the selected portchannel as an OpenFlow edge portchannel
(outside portchannel). Edge portchannels are usually connected to servers.
The default setting is disabled.
Note: Learning and flood blocking are turned on in OpenFlow edge
portchannels.
Note: Supported only in OpenFlow 1.3.
