ACL Re-Mark Configuration

Re-Marking In-Profile Configuration

You can choose to re‐mark IP header data for the selected ACL. You can configure
different re‐mark values, based on whether packets fall within the ACL Metering
profile, or out of the ACL Metering profile.

Command Syntax and Usage
default access­control list <1‐256> re­mark
Sets the ACL re‐mark parameters to their default values.
Command mode: Global configuration
show access­control list <1‐256> re­mark
Displays current re‐mark parameters.

access­control list <1‐256> re­mark dot1p <0‐7>
Re‐marks the 802.1p value. The value is the priority bits information in the
packet structure.
Command mode: Global configuration
no access­control list <1‐256> re­mark dot1p
Disables the use of 802.1p priority for in‐profile traffic.
Command mode: Global configuration
access­control list <1‐256> re­mark in­profile dscp <0‐63>
Re‐marks the DSCP value for in‐profile traffic.
Command mode: Global configuration
no access­control list <1‐256> re­mark in­profile [dscp]
Deletes the re‐mark in‐profile configuration. The dscp option only disables
the use of DSCP for in‐profile traffic.
Command mode: Global configuration
[no] access­control list <1‐256> re­mark use­tos­precedence
Enables or disables mapping of TOS (Type of Service) priority to 802.1p
priority for in‐profile packets. When enabled, the TOS value is used to set the
802.1p value.
