Here's a detail to watch out for when you're installing the belts. Notice in Fig. 11-11 below, the
belt teeth on the left are resting on the outside surface of the belt clamp. The belt teeth on the right are
correctly engaging the teeth on the clamp. Make sure that the teeth engage on both sides before you
tighten down the belt clamp.

Using a 3/32" hex wrench, install the #4-40, 1/2" socket head cap screw as shown below.
