Re-assigning FOB-2W-4B Wards
When a user adds a FOB-2W-4B two way keyfob to the system, the control
unit assigns the device to all the wards belonging to the user. If a Master or
Admin user subsequently reassigns the user to different wards, then the
user themselves must change the wards controlled by their two way
keyfob.
