FT5535 Upper Paper Feed Drive Roller Replacement Procedure
1. Remove the Guide Plate
(2 screws)
2. Remove the E-ring from the front end of
the Paper Feed Drive Roller
3. Replace the Paper Feed Drive Roller
with the new one and reassemble the
unit.
FT5035 Upper Feed Roller Shaft and Paper Feed Drive Roller
1. Remove the Feed Roller
(1 - snap ring)
2. Remove the retaining ring

(The ring is shaped white plastic)
3. Remove the Feed Roller Shaft. If you
are replacing the Paper Feed Drive
Roller, skip the procedure 4 and 5.
4. Remove the other retaining ring from the
Feed Roller Shaft and fix it to on
the new Feed Roller Shaft.
5. Install the new Feed Roller Shaft and
reassemble the unit.
6. Remove the upper Feed Stay. (2 screws - each side)
7. Replace the Paper Feed Drive Roller (1 e-ring)
8. Reassemble the unit.
