For the FT5035
1. Remove the by-pass feed table [A]
(1 clip, 1 connector).
2. Remove Accessory Connectors from rear of machine.
3. Remove the rear cover.
4. Remove the right door [ B ]
(2 connectors, 1 clip).
5. Remove the main control board unit and mounting bracket
(4 screws, all connectors).
6. Remove the lower paper feed clutch [ C ]
(1 connector, 1 E-ring).
7. Remove the separation roller gear [ D ]
(1 E-ring)
8. Remove the spring [ E ] and remove
the timing belt [ F ] from the relay roller pulley [ G ].
Disconnect the connector [ H ] from the lower paper feed unit
9. Remove the vertical transport guide
plate [ I ] (1 screw).
10. Pull out Paper Tray 2 and remove the
lower paper feed unit [ J ]
(2 screws).
11. Remove the bracket [ K ] (2 screws).
12. Remove the relay clutch [ L ]
(1 connector, 1 bushing).
13. Remove the upper paper feed clutch [ M ]
(1 E-ring, 1 connector).
14. Remove the separation roller drive gear[ N ]
(1 E-ring).
15. Remove the Front Cover
(2 hinge pins).
16. Remove the Middle Knob-A3
(1 screw).
17. Pull out Paper Tray 1 and remove the
upper paper feed unit [ O ]
(2 screws, 1 connector).
