euro Operator Panel Support

To select these code pages at the operator panel, use the Print Language parameter
in the twinax configuration, coax configuration, or parallel and serial configuration
section of the menu, depending on your attachment. The code pages are listed in
order by number. The EBCDIC code pages are supported in the coax and twinax
configurations except that code page 924 is not supported in the coax environment.
The ASCII code pages are supported in both the parallel and serial configurations.

This is a new code page. It is derived from the existing PC Multilingual
code page 850, and is the same as 850, except for one character changed.
The dotless i (LI61), at code point X'D5', has been replaced by the euro
symbol (SC20).
This is a new code page. It provides support for ISO 8859 part 15, also
known as Latin 9. It is most similar to code page 819. The following table
shows the code points in code page 923 that are different from code page
819.
