Mono/Dual Case

You can set the case for the printer to print in all upper case or mixed case
characters by selecting one of the following values:
v Dual (for both uppercase and lowercase characters - default)
v Mono (for all upper case characters)
This setting is dependent on the Print Language value; it applies to all languages
except Arabic, Farsi, and Hebrew. Text is always printed in dual case for these
languages.
Note: This parameter can be overridden by the computer.
