Translate Table

The new Translate Table parameter has been added to the Coax Configuration
section of the Configuration Menu. This defines which translate table is used for
the character set. It provides the 4247 with support for the Load Translate Table
(LTT) command. This function applies only in the DSC/DSE environment.
You can set the Translate Table selection to either of the following values:
Default (default)
Downloaded
To change or check the Translate Table selection, follow these steps:
1. Press Menu.
2. Press Scroll
3. Press Enter.
4. Press Scroll
5. Press Enter to display the current value.
6. Press Scroll
7. Press Enter. An asterisk (*) will be displayed in front of the selected value.
8. Press Start or Return to exit the Menu.

Bar Code Mode

This parameter is valid only if the IPDS feature is installed. Changing the value of
this parameter can affect throughput in some printing environments.
You can set the Bar Code Mode to any of the following values:
