8. Gently press on the forms tractor until it clicks on both sides and the electrical
connector tab is fully seated in the connector.
9. Remove the paper bail assembly if it is installed.
a. Remove the ribbon cartridge. (See "Removing the Ribbon Cartridge" on
page 289 .)
b. Move the printhead to the far right.
c. Grip the bail assembly as shown in the following illustration. Rotate it
toward the front of the printer until the pivot posts on the sides can
disengage.
d. Store the bail assembly for future use with other forms paths.
e. Reinstall the ribbon cartridge. (See "Installing Ribbon Cartridge" on
page 291 .)
