3 Install Python 2.5 or later if it is not already installed:
3a Log into your Windows machine.
3b Install Python:
4 Copy the cacerts file to the Windows server:
4a Log in the Novell ZENworks Network Access Control MS as root using SSH or directly
with a keyboard.
4b Copy the /usr/local/nac/keystore/cacerts file from the MS into the \lib
folder on the post-connect server where you extracted the ZIP file. See
"Copying Files," on page 28
5 Edit the connector.properties file:
5a Open the \postconnect\lib\connector.properties file with a text editor.
5b Change the instance name to something recognizable by you. For example:
instance=My Warehouse Sensor
5c Change the product to be the product you are running. For example:
product=IDS Product Name
5d Save and exit the file.
6 Edit the JMSConnection.properties file:
6a Open the \postconnect\lib\JMSConnection.properties file with a text
editor.
6b Enter the MS IP address. For example:
URL=ssl://172.16.128.100:61616
6c Enter the MS username. For example:
USER_NAME=root
6d Enter the MS password. For example:
PASSWORD=7884!25H
7 Install the service:
7a Navigate to the \postconnect\bin directory.
7b Double-click on the InstallConnectorService.bat file.
8 Start the service:
8a On your Windows server, select Start>>Settings>>Control
Panel>>Administrative Tools>>Services.
8b Right-click on NAC Post-Connect Service and select Start.
